Hello babies, it's been way too long since I last updated. But you can't blame me. I'm juggling two jobs :D single mum much?? Hahaha been working at B&J's alot! And ystd, I worked with Kasey! Like omg two noobies doing closing alone, together. It was really fun working with her haha! But TK happily dropped by the store like while we were starting to wash collars and we can't do closing when TK is around. We so didn't want to get scolded, esp since we're so new. So we only started closing really late like around 10ish?! It was a mad hectic rush toward the end but we survived yay :) Working with Kasey again tmr, and the day after, and next week too I think lol.
I can't seem to get back to studying ): Even though my SATs is like 2 months away, I really wanna do well BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO REMEMBER HOW TO STUDY T.T and that's so sad cos I already bought my stationery hahahaha. I probably could bring my book and study at work since Orchard Central is generally quiet, esp if I'm doing opening, but the stupid guide book is so damn heavy!

| Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii I know, lack of updates. I'm just lazy haha. And I just sprained my ankle. Don't ask me how but it wasn't hockey. In fact, I wasn't doing anything physical. Just walking. In the rain. In heels. There you go, put the pieces together and you would probably figure how what happened haha.
ANYWAY, I just started selling some of my stuff on my lj. http://therunaway-s.livejournal.com go visit and fund me plsssss. Even though there are only 4 items there HAHA. And Gillian helped me sell a dress yay :)
Urmmm. I am really badly sunburnt ): As in, my sunburn is in the process of healing and it's peeling and VERY DIGUSTING. I look diseased. So sad sob I can't wear sleeveless/short sleeve tops for the time being!
Well the main reason I got sunburnt was cos I went to work for the Singapore Xtreme Championships 2009 at the newly built Xtreme Skate Park @ East Coast Park! It was kinda a mini X games and it was awesome going back and working with the EMG team again! Got to see everyone. And I even stood next to the prime minister yo!
     
After Day 1 of SXC, burnt me met up with some SA hockers for Food For Thought! CAROLYN SPRAINED HER ANKLE HAHAHAHAHA! She tripped on the very last step! Which is merely a centimetre high?? Lol it was hilarious when Polly, Mellie & Winnie were describing the incident to me. Wished I was there to laugh at her too hehe. After dinner, met up with Shaun for ice creaaaaaaaaam!
After Day 2 of SXC, I went to Velvet hahahaha. I was really sunburnt and now that I look at the photos we took, my ugly tan is such an eyesore. I guess I got a little sun crazy, really regretting it now. Anyway, velvet was mega fun. I finally met up with Amanda after such a long time. ZOUK HAD REALLY NICE MUSIC!
     
Then on Sunday, a still very sunburnt me attended Baybeats 2009 with Lizzy & Ferlai to see my beloved Anberlin live!!! Hahaha I missed practically the whole of the acoustic set :/ but I did manage to catch Inevitable and Paperthin Hymn :D Yea, after dinner we headed back to Esplanade to camp for Anberlin's main set at 10.30pm and was like in the mosh pit area. BIG MISTAKE! When Anberlin finally came on to stage, everyone was like pushing here and there and I swear I thought I was gonna die. I even fell? It was bloody scary srsly, esp for small people like Lizzy & I. Well we got out of the mosh safely and unhurt thankfully and enjoyed the concert from the side haha.
         
Lizzy & I applied for B&J's (HAHA AGAIN and this time we actually turned up for the final auditions) and and and we got in :D So we've been having training for the past 2 days now. Tomorrow's the last day and the day we find out where we get posted!! Omg I'm hoping for Orchard Central or Raffles City but I have this stinking feeling that I will get Dempsey.... I've never even been there before? Lol. Anywayzzzz we have a test tmr on the B&J ice cream flavourssssssssss/ Gotta go study now ttyl lovers!

| The much awaited national house party was such a blast! Hahaha it was damn fun even though everyone got wasted but hey, guess that's the fun of it. Sam's parents were awfully nice and so tolerant of our crazy behaviour!! Kudos to them :) What a crazy crazy night hahaha. House parties totally own clubbing yo. 4 chefs + satay aunty + fireworks + redbull + booze, lots and lots + 2 DSLRs + great friends = one helluva party. Everyone agrees that we should have Sainity III soon. Just.... not to soon. Let me recover from my alcohol overdose first please.

There was a fire at the void deck of the block next to mine on Monday morning! I was sleeping and suddenly I heard like pop sounds? And I thought people were playing mahjong. Then it got too long for it to be mahjong so I got up, stared out of my window and saw REALLY BLACK SMOKE. Hahaha then I started snapping photos. Apparently, the electrical circuit caught fire and that's why it sounded like mahjong. What an interesting morning!

After the whole fire incident, I met Hanwei in town. I attempted to help her with Lit! Hahaha sigh I miss doing lit ); We watched UP! It was a really cute and sad and touching show which made me tear :) everybody should go watch it. Sigh there are so many movies that I wanna watch! Like G.I Joe, the Hangover, The Ugly Truth, etc etc. Date me please?
Oh yea then I sent my phone for repair cos it was dead. So I lost EVERYTHING! Contacts, messages, notes, calendar entries, camera photos. So if you're reading this, text me your numbers!! The screwed up thing was before I sent my phone for repair, I could not access my contacts, notes, etc cos everything was basically hanged. So I could not back it up to my memory card ): and even though my messages are stored on the memory card, they updated my phone software and messages all gone :O
Had dinner with Wx at Holland today. For once, I wasn't craving laksa. We just sat opp 7-11 and talked. I always feel better after talking to Wx :) Lizzy came join us around 10ish and she's such a party animal who feels the major urge to club after her exams which start next week! I quote her, "I JUST NEED TO GET HIGH" Lol lol lol. Guess I'll be making party plans soon. GFF you on?
Playing minesweeper flags on msn is the bomb. Everyone should play! Just don't play when you're really tried/sleepy like I am now. I lost to Carolyn 3 times in a row!!! And I've won her like almost everytime we play.
Alright, time to sleep. And hopefully dream some nice dreams. Last night, I dreamt I took the train to Korea to pick strawberries. Hahahaha what a bimbo dream, my apologies.

Am totally loving the long weekend. Besides the fact that I had to get up way early today to go to work ): the day was pretty slack except when we were closed. This obnoxious white dude came in and made a scene cos we were closed.

O.W.D squints at the card: IT SAYS YOU'RE OPEN EVERYDAY!!!! and throws the card on the floor wtf???
Hahahahaha wtf seriously. He probably is old and can't see the opening hours which is probably the only thing, besides the address, that is stated on the card! Basket, totally ruined my day. I figured I'm not cut out for retail. I'd rather sit at the desk and type all day hahahaha oh why did I agree to take on this job?? I like being the cashier though. Mega fun whoohoo especially when you get to swipe the cards and scan the barcodes etc etc. I wanna quit ):
Anyway, as I was saying, I'm totally loving the long weekend cos we've got a DSA/Rugby house party at Sam Thio's new pad at Sentosa Cove!!!!! Yay times a hundred :) We had such a blast on NYE last year at Mark's house and I'm sure tomorrow's party would be even better whootwhoot. Everyone's bringing booze coolios or what. And he hired 4 chefs to cook up a feast for us yumyum. Excited much! Now, if I can just decide what to wear....
Seeing everybody starting school makes me veh sad sob sob. I want to go to school too! And write essays! And USE MY PENS INSTEAD OF MY KEYBOARD HAHA. Ok you probably think I'm mad.
Oh yes. Met up with Joyceh & FL on Wed for random shopping outing. I bought an electrik balooo (blue lol) top and chunky heels!!!!! I am officially BROKE! I know I said it in my previous posts but this time, IT'S FOR RRRRREAALLLLLL ): sobsob and there are so many things that we saw on Wed that I wanna buy!!! Like a pair of Yellow/Red (I can't decide) VANS shoe for 49bucks omg so cheap right. And those Union flag pumps!!!! Oh wells. I had a great time with them. And whenever there's Ferlai, there's camwhoring lol.
